Personal data will be processed in order to answer your message and for marketing and analytical purposes.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the Controller’s legitimate interest in handling correspondence and conducting direct marketing of own products and services, including for analytical purposes (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

Our employees, subcontractors and entities providing services to us (i.e. IT services and technical support) will have access to your data to the extent necessary to handle correspondence.

Your data will be kept for the period necessary to consider the inquiry or raise an objection, and within the scope of the consent expressed pursuant to art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law – until it is withdrawn, and to the extent that communication takes place under the contract – until the end of its performance and the expiry of the limitation period for possible contractual claims.

You have the right to:

• request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to transfer data,
• object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to a particular situation,
• lodging a complaint to the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so will result in the inability to respond to your message. Expressing consent is voluntary.

Personal data will not be used to make automated decisions, including profiling.
